Location: Singapore (open to Singaporeans/PR holders)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)
- Configure workflows, UI‑pages, and business rules using ServiceNow platform tools
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and provide L2 support
- Document configurations and ensure knowledge transfer
Required Experience
- 2–3 years hands‑on ServiceNow development (London/Paris/Queensland releases preferred)
- Strong JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs
- Experience with integration (REST, SOAP) and reporting tools
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Developer (or equivalent)
- Prior exposure to ITIL processes
