• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Service Mapping modules.
• • Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business needs.
• • Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
• • Configure and deploy Service Mapping to visualize application services and their dependencies.
• • Work closely with ITSM process owners to align system functionality with business processes.
• • Perform regular CMDB health checks, audits, and data reconciliation.
• • Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
• • Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and SOPs.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow platform stability and performance.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
