Servicenow Developer

Job Description:

• 6-10 years of total experience in software or platform development, including 5+ years working hands-on with ServiceNow (For Tech Leads, For Mid-level 5-7 years exp).

• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow.

• Solid experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.

• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.

For AI/ML Engineers, experience working in AI/ML field is required.

For AI Experiences

Must Have:

• Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals

Nice to Have:

• Good knowledge on Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Any AI or Gen AI.

For ITX/Technology workflows

Must Have: Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals

Nice to Have: Hands-on knowledge on either ITAM, SPM or any ITSM CHG management related áreas.

Additional Platform skills which are good to have:

1. Service Portal.

2. UI Builder.

3. Integrations(rest/soap).

4. Scripting.

5. Platform specific Troubleshooting skills.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.

Salary: $95,000 gross.
