Job Overview:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will support key Accenture Federal Services IT/IS initiatives focused on enhancing the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to improve and sustain AFS security controls. You will collaborate with the Lead Developer and Solution Architect to design, build, test, and implement updates to the CMDB. Your responsibilities will include Configuration Item (CI) class configuration, relationship mapping, data model design, and the creation of business rules and workflows. Additionally, you will document design and implementation/rollback steps and report progress, potential issues, and proposed solutions to project leadership.
