👩💻🧑💻 As a ServiceNow Consultant – SAM & HAM at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Configure and implement the SAM Pro and ITOM Visibility modules in ServiceNow, using only out-of-the-box features.
- Manage the deployment of ACC-V agents across all organization laptops.
- Integrate procurement and licensing data with the SAM module.
- Enable and validate SaaS connectors (Office 365, Salesforce, Adobe).
- Use the Normalization Engine and manage license reconciliation.
- Create and optimize out-of-the-box dashboards for monitoring compliance and KPIs.
- Automate workflows for license reclamation and hardware movement using Flow Designer.
- Ensure the connection between physical assets and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Procurement, Operations) and external partners.
- Support the creation of functional and technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to the internal team.
