In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the ServiceNow solutions meet business needs, align with industry best practices and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Assist in the mapping of existing processes to ServiceNow solutions.
- Map business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with industry best practices and the organization's goals.
- Propose improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with the development and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Maintain communication with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend system improvements.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, GRC etc.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
- Speaking fluent German is a must
