JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst for various large-scale projects.

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the liaison between business needs and the ServiceNow platform team;
  • Capture business and user requirements, typically in the form of user stories within an Agile environment;
  • Ensure that requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered according to specifications;
  • Manage the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model, and document business requirements, processes, and data;
  • Represent stakeholders throughout the planning, development, and go-live phases;
  • Collaborate with the platform team to establish delivery estimates;
  • Support testing efforts;
  • Work with various stakeholders to promote adoption of delivered solutions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Three to five years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
  • At least three years of experience with ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of ITSM and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules;
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret business requirements;
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and effectively convey technical concepts;
  • Holding a ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) and knowledge of the ITIL framework are considered assets;
  • Good understanding of IT resources and configuration management principles;
  • Skills in data analysis and reporting;
  • Ability to write clear and effective technical documentation.
