What will you do?
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document requirements in ServiceNow;
- Analyse existing processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement;
- Recommend best practices to streamline incident, problem, change, and asset management processes within ServiceNow;
- Ensure alignment with ITIL framework and organizational policies;
- Serve as a liaison between business users and ServiceNow development team;
- 5+ years Hands-on experience in the Business Analyst role on the ServiceNow platform;
- Good overall knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform;
- Experienced in ITSM and CSM;
- Fluent English;
- Agility is needed, SAFe knowledge is a plus.
