We are hiring ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developers across 1-3 years and 3-5 years experience bands to join our growing AI governance and automation practice.

Role: ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developer – AI & Automation

What You’ll Work On

• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, and BCM modules.

• Build Now Assist–enabled experiences for risk assessments, controls, policies, and continuity planning.

• Develop AI-assisted workflows using Flow Designer, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub.

• Implement GenAI use cases such as risk summaries, policy mappings, and BIA narratives.

• Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) through document ingestion and vector search.

• Work within global delivery teams supporting enterprise clients.

Skills & Certification Matrix (1-3 Years)

(1) Core ServiceNow Skills

• ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, BCM (foundational to intermediate)

• Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes

• IntegrationHub (REST, basic spokes)

• ServiceNow Workspaces & UI Builder (basic)

(2) AI & Automation Skills

• Now Assist configuration and prompt usage

• Basic understanding of LLM concepts and RAG

• Vector search and document ingestion (exposure level)

Risk & Compliance Knowledge

• Risk assessments, controls, policies

• Third-party risk lifecycle basics

• BCM and BIA fundamentals

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required / In Progress

• ServiceNow IRM Fundamentals – Preferred

• ServiceNow Application Developer – Good to Have

Role: Senior ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developer – Agentic AI

What You’ll Lead

• Design and deliver AI-driven IRM, TPRM, and BCM solutions for global enterprises.

• Architect Now Assist and agentic AI workflows (retrieval, orchestration, evaluator, autonomous agents).

• Own LLM integrations, prompt strategies, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.

• Design advanced TPRM intake models, scoring frameworks, and automated evidence collection.

• Extend BCM for dynamic continuity planning, crisis response, and intelligent notifications.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to REDE accelerators and best practices.

• TPRM operating models and regulatory expectations

• BCM, operational resilience, and crisis management

• Exposure to AI governance and Responsible AI concepts

• ServiceNow IRM / GRC Implementation Certification – Strongly Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Aspirational

• AI / Cloud certifications (Azure AI, AWS, Databricks) – Good to Have

Career Progression: Senior Developer → Solution Architect → AI / GRC Practice Lead (India or Global)
