Main responsibilities:

Tests and repairs the company’s shuttle systems and mobile racks;
Supervises assembly teams in large repairs of mobile racks;
Provides remote support and training to customers on automated systems;
Preventive maintenance (triggered by service contracts).

Technical degree in Electromechanics or similar (knowledge in automation equipment is a plus);
Relevant previous experience;
Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
Available to travel up to 80% of time, both national and international;
Available for overtime (10 to 15 hours per month, on average);
Resilient, with a diplomatic and customer centric attitude.
