Test, validate, install, commission, and supervise SINENG solar inverter stations according to specifications
Resolve technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and lead root cause analysis
Build strong customer relationships and serve as the main contact between customers and SINENG
Lead operational processes for health & safety, quality, schedule, and cost in service business
Coordinate with contractor site management to ensure compliance with SINENG procedures and track stock/ service costs
Oversee replacement of parts and manage service tasks with partners

Técnico Superior (State-certified technician), Técnico Superior en Electricidad (State- certified technician in electricity) or Técnico Superior en energías renovables (State- certified technician for renewable energies) is highly valued; a university degree is not required
Certified Training Electrical Risk & RD 614/2001
2+ years of experience in power electronics, specifically in service, manufacturing, or testing of medium voltage systems
Product knowledge of solar inverters, transformers, and modules, with business process experience
PRL 60-hour Basic Level Technician Certification and Second Cycle of P.R.L. Responsible and Execution Technicians (20 hours)
Experience working on-site in various weather and environmental conditions
Adheres to proper Lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) practices and procedures
Valid driver’s license required
Willingness to travel extensively (at least 70% of the time)
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
