Job Overview:
The Commercial Hot-Side technician diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial kitchen equipment: gas, electric, and or steam.
Hot-Side Technician Primary Responsibilities:

Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial kitchen equipment that uses gas, electric, and steam to include grills, ovens, fryers, etc.
- Communicates parts order(s) and repair status with customer and or branch office.
- Completes service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
- Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
- Maintains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with company guidelines.
- Meet on-call requirements.
Requirements:
- Three years of commercial kitchen repair experience; Experience with electrical, gas, and or steam would be a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot; automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical background is a plus.
- Journeyman License and or CFESA certification would be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and soft skills.
