Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance services, including:
Flooring repairs (tile, vinyl, carpet patching, etc.)
Electrical troubleshooting and minor electrical repairs
Painting, including graffiti removal and touch-ups
Respond to service requests efficiently and professionally.
Work independently and manage time effectively while maintaining a full-time schedule.
Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and team members regarding project status and needs.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven proficiency in common repair trades (flooring, electrical, painting).
3+ years of maintenance or service technician experience; experience in commercial work strongly preferred.
Exposure to both commercial & residential projects is highly valued.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to various repair needs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders when required.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
