如期完成維修工作並將完成的相關書面文件呈交給客服工程師;
確保維修工具及所有的個人安全防護裝備皆符合EHS要求標準及公司政策;
根據5S標準來維護客服的所有設備及車輛;
遵守其他主管交辦事項;
遵從並確保客服部的所有活動流程皆依據QMS之規定執行並記錄;
瞭解ISO14001 & 45001 標準。
高中職以上畢業;
懂得基本的產品知識;
會基本的文書處理;
專業知識與技能運用;
有較好的溝通技巧;
堅持原則和價值觀;
實現成果且滿足客戶要求;
遵循指導及常規程序。
