Your Mission We’re thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our cutting-edge technology with the regulatory and utility landscape across Europe, the Grid Compliance & Utility Liaison Manager - Europe. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

  • Process and manage regional service orders, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with internal teams and customers.

  • Confirm the availability of service products and resources with various internal departments and promptly escalate any potential delays.

  • Provide support to the Service Product teams in their daily operational activities.

  • Maintain and update service order, contract, and customer information within the CRM system, ensuring data consistency.
  • Assist with contract registration workflows within the CRM.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in Technical, Business, or Economics studies with a genuine interest in service sales and the renewable energy market.

  • Possess strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to manage multi-regional service orders effectively.

  • Demonstrate a proactive, friendly, and hands-on attitude, coupled with attention to detail, ownership, and independence.

  • Capable of solving problems efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working confidently in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.

  • English C1 and Chinese C1 are required.
