We have an exciting opportunity for you as our next Service Partner Management Specialist. Curious what this role is all about? Let’s dive in:
- Review and evaluate incoming service partner requests.
- Identify, recruit, and verify potential partners and their capabilities.
- Collect and validate documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Negotiate terms and conditions and oversee contract creation and execution.
- Onboard new partners and maintain an accurate partner database.
- Monitor partner performance and recommend improvements or terminations when necessary.
Your profile
That sounded great, right? Now, to make sure you feel happy and confident in this role, it would be fantastic if you bring:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner or vendor management, including contract negotiation.
- Strong attention to detail for documentation and database accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Analytical abilities to evaluate partner capabilities and performance.
- Language skills: English C1; German C1; Spanish would be a plus.
