ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is currently looking for an experienced Service Owner – Load Testing to join our the team onsite in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for leading and developing a corporate load testing service used across large-scale public IT systems, ensuring its continuous improvement while aligning with enterprise performance, quality, and compliance goals.
This is both a hands-on and coordination-focused role, combining service ownership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise in performance testing.
THE WORK:
- Lead the overall vision, roadmap, and evolution of the corporate Load Testing service.
- Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into service improvements and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, system owners, and business stakeholders across departments.
- Oversee the full service lifecycle: from design and planning to delivery and operational support.
- Guide customers in preparing and executing load testing campaigns tailored to their solutions.
- Analyze test outcomes and recommend architectural or performance improvements.
- Monitor service KPIs and drive optimizations related to scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Ensure service security and compliance in line with established standards and best practices.
- Maintain and validate service documentation, including procedures, specifications, and user guides.
- Stay up to date with modern load testing tools and methodologies and integrate relevant industry best practices.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Owner, Product Owner, or similar role within IT service delivery or managed services.
- Strong background in performance and load testing solutions, ideally with tools such as LoadRunner Professional, LoadRunner Cloud, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience designing and operating managed IT services.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, databases, networks, storage, cloud environments).
- Good knowledge of public cloud fundamentals (AWS or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / SAFe practices and ways of working.
- Understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps principles.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Structured mindset with the ability to manage roadmaps, priorities, and service performance indicators.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- EU citizenship is required.
