We have an exciting new role for you to consider: our next Service Operations Specialist supporting our European Service Center in Oberschleißheim, Munich. This position is part-time for 38 hours per week.

- Process and accurately submit European service‑related invoices (project services; repairs; hotline; logistics; warehousing; customs; warranty) into the financial system.
- Coordinate chargeable repair cases; prepare repair quotations; and ensure smooth communication between the repair center and our customers.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for service‑related inquiries within Europe, ensuring transparency and high service quality.
- Support internal service workflow improvements and contribute to efficient operational processes.
- Collaborate closely with service, logistics, and finance teams across Europe to ensure seamless case handling.
- Provide clear documentation and reporting to support service operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile
That sounded exciting, right? Now let’s make sure this role feels like the perfect match for you. It would be great if you bring the following background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in service operations, finance or administrative support.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage several tasks independently.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Python skills are an advantage; experience with Selenium automation is a strong plus.
- English C1; German is a plus; additional European languages are always welcome.
- A collaborative mindset and a solution‑oriented approach to daily tasks.
