6+ years of ServiceNow development experience (ITOM/CMDB focus).
Hands‑on with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB.
Deep knowledge of CMDB design, CI relationships, reconciliation/normalization; strong CSDM and lifecycle/governance.
Strong scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer.
MID Server configuration and troubleshooting experience.
Integration experience using REST/SOAP/APIs; cloud integration with AWS/Azure/GCP.
Nice‑to‑Have: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
Nice‑to‑Have: ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer).
Nice‑to‑Have: ServiceNow CIS – ITOM Discovery/CMDB. (Preferred)
