About the Team & Impact

You’ll work with Administration Services and IT stakeholders to deliver a fully operational SAM solution integrated with existing ServiceNow components. Your work will improve visibility, reduce audit risk, and optimize software costs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy ServiceNow SAM module, including integrations
  • Define workflows and reporting requirements with stakeholders
  • Establish processes for software discovery, normalization, and lifecycle management
  • Integrate SAM with CMDB and procurement systems
  • Implement KPIs, dashboards, and compliance tracking
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer for internal teams
  • Document SAM processes and workflows
  • Support post-go-live transition and internal ownership

 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow SAM
  • Strong understanding of ITAM and SAM principles
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune integrations
  • Familiarity with license models and compliance
  • ServiceNow certifications (SAM preferred)

 

Nice-to-Have

  • SaaS license management experience
  • Knowledge of vendor-specific modules (Microsoft, SUSE, RedHat, Oracle)
  • Ability to integrate SAM with other ServiceNow modules
  • Experience with automated workflows for reclamation and alerts
