Supreme Service Today is seeking a highly qualified Service Manager to lead and oversee our service department operations. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the HVAC, Plumbing or related service industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze operational data to drive improvements.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
  • Familiarity with service management software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project tracking and reporting.
  • Capacity to analyze operational performance and deliver improvements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
