We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our Group Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our business receives high-quality IT services that meet customer needs and drive satisfaction. You’ll be the face of IT for our Group Functions, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service across all levels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building trusted relationships with key business stakeholders and hosting regular service reviews
  • Managing supplier performance and ensuring contractual SLAs are met
  • Maintaining service schedules and monitoring KPIs to drive continual improvement
  • Owning and updating the IT Service Catalogue to ensure accurate and accessible information
  • Networking across IT and business teams to resolve issues and remove blockers
  • Communicating effectively and influencing outcomes across technical and organisational boundaries
  • Collaborating on IT projects and changes to ensure smooth service design and transition
  • Reviewing changes for customer impact and ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty

Who we’re looking for:

  • ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification (Managing Professional or Practitioner preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, service management principles, and Agile techniques
  • Proven experience in Service Delivery Management within financial or regulated environments
  • Ability to manage supplier performance and drive improvements against SLAs
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse audiences
  • Understanding of IT security, GDPR, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in service design, transition, and embedding best practice processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build trusted relationships
