Service Delivery Manager Healthcare (Telematics)- German speaking (REF5122C)

TLDR

Manage the end-to-end delivery of innovative IT services while supporting business analysis activities in a dynamic, international environment.

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and quality of IT services, while also supporting business analysis activities. The ideal candidate combines strong service management and stakeholder coordination skills with the ability to understand, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Key requirements:

  • Act as the primary interface between customers and the organization
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, including status calls and alignment meetings
  • Translate customer questions, requests, and complaints into clear, actionable solutions
  • Represent the company towards customers during service escalations
  • Daily interaction with product owners, support team, developers
  • Responsible to deliver based on the agreed customer contract, and for the maintenance of the contract
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple providers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Confident appearance: Ability to present confidently in both German and English
  • Teamwork: Ability to foster productive relationships within the Telematics team

Technical Skills:

  • Strong user-level IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • SAP knowledge is required
  • Basic to intermediate SQL is an advantage
  • Microsoft Access knowledge is and advantage
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements
  • Experience with service management frameworks

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (B2 level) and German language skills (C1 level)
  • 3-5 years of experience in the IT sector
  • Understanding of the German healthcare industry
  • Strong ITIL foundation, with experience in service management
  • TÜV advanced SDM certification is preferred
