What we are building
Service Delivery Managers (SDM) serve as the strategic point of contact for enterprise clients, managing full lifecycle delivery of large-scale AI and MLOps implementations. From onboarding to post-launch success, you’ll ensure excellence in execution, outcomes, and customer experience.
You’ll work with some of the best minds in AI—engineers, data scientists, and product leaders—to solve industry-defining problems. Think accelerating drug discovery, reducing underwriting from days to minutes, or mapping criminal patterns with predictive analytics.
What your impact will be
As an Enterprise Delivery Manager, you won’t just manage projects — you’ll lead the delivery of AI-powered solutions that tackle mission-critical problems for some of the world’s most influential organizations.
You’ll take end-to-end ownership of large-scale implementation projects across Financial Services & Life Sciences. These are high-stakes engagements where precision, speed, and innovation matter.
Your work will directly contribute to:

The annual US base salary range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
