The Role

Host Latvia is a subsidiary of the HoSt Group, a world leader in sustainable energy generation. HoSt Group develops innovative and sustainable energy installations, including Thermal Technologies for biomass and waste combustion, biogas upgrading, CO₂ liquefaction, Carbon Capture technology, Bio-LNG technology, and hydrogen units. Our technologies contribute to the production of green gas, bio-CNG, and bio-LNG. Host Latvia focuses on project management, as well as the installation, service, and maintenance of energy installations.

For our Service & Maintenance Team in Riga, Latvia, we are looking for an enthusiastic Service Assistant. In this role, you will support the preparation and coordination of our service projects, ensuring that work runs efficiently and on time—from preventive maintenance to final modifications. You will be involved in planning, preparing clear work orders, and supporting colleagues with technical input and documentation.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparing project schedules (work sequence, hours, material flows);

• Coordinating with Project Managers, Warehouse, and Purchasing;

• Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers;

• Preparing calculations and material specifications;

• Tracking project progress in the ERP system;

• Providing technical support to colleagues.

Requirements

What We Ask

• Technical knowledge, mindset, or relevant experience;

• Good command of spoken and written English;

• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems;

• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and service-oriented thinking;

• Flexibility, planning skills, and safety awareness.
