We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Analyst to support and scale data-driven services in a high-growth fintech hospitality environment. This role focuses on service operations, data validation, SOP ownership, and close collaboration with engineering teams to transition manual services into automated, enterprise-grade workflows.

Core Responsibilities
- Pilot and operate new data services—performing data acquisition, reconciliation,
validation, and discrepancy analysis across hospitality systems.
- Document and refine end-to-end SOPs that prescribe corrective actions and define best
practices for ongoing service delivery.
- Train, guide, and support junior operations resources in executing proven SOPs for
manual service delivery until automation is deployed.
- Collaborate with automation and engineering teams to test automated workflows and
verify outputs against manual benchmarks.
- Adjust SOPs and training materials based on testing outcomes and production feedback.
- Monitor both automated and manual services for performance, compliance, and
accuracy; proactively detect anomalies or data quality issues.
- Provide structured feedback and actionable insights to improve service robustness,
accuracy, and scalability.
- Partner with operations leadership to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and data
integrity targets are consistently met.
Qualification
- Hands-on exposure to hospitality systems (PMS, finance, or booking integrations).
- Experience with workflow automation, ETL pipelines, or data quality tools.
- Familiarity with data validation or reconciliation scripting (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Strong process mindset with experience in continuous improvement or service design.
- Knowledge of QA or UAT methodologies related to service automation.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in data operations, service analysis, or process optimization in
hospitality, fintech, or enterprise data environments.
- Strong understanding of data acquisition, reconciliation, and discrepancy
management processes.
- Proven ability to author, implement, and continuously improve SOPs for technical or
data-driven workflows.
- Comfortable working with APIs, data reports, and structured data sources to investigate
issues or validate results.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating between technical teams and service operations to align on
data quality and process standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving
service issues.
- Excellent English communication skills and customer service handling.
