As a maintenance contract engineer, you will:

Ensure the smooth running of maintenance contracts concluded with our clients (contracting, monitoring, reporting, invoicing, security, updates, quotes, etc.)
Act as the client's main contact for contract issues (KPIs, invoicing, etc.)
Participate in the handover of customer sites between the deployment and maintenance teams (transfer, maintenance area, etc.)
Follow up on the smooth running of supplier maintenance contracts (contracting, follow-up)
Monitor suppliers on customer sites (contracts, guarantees, spare parts, etc.)
Participate, through your actions, in improving the reliability of the system

Requirements

Engineering school degree or a 5-year degree in business engineering
First successful experience as a contract engineer or business manager
Ability to analyse technical maintenance data
General knowledge of electronics, mechanics and automation
Autonomy, rigour and excellent interpersonal skills
Interest for demanding technical environments, analysis and problem solving
