ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In this position, the individual will be responsible for fully supporting the Department Manager on the development of the Company goals, strategy and tactics.
• The most important being the ability to work with the team to assure the good execution.
• The individual will work with the team to fully support the company and department goals on yield, quality, and cost, utilization, productivity and cycle time.
• Knowledgeable in the Prober, Tester, probe card management and machine troubleshooting with any additional wafer equipment knowledge.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronics, Computer Science and Information Technology.

PREFERRED:

• Able to present comfortably in a big group of employees. 
• Able to work independently.             
• Good interpersonal skill.

SKILLS:

• Familiar any related computerized system.    
• Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.            
• Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data.
