SEO Writer

The role is about:

An SEO Writer is responsible for producing high-quality, SEO-optimized content that increases organic visibility, brand authority, and lead generation. The role focuses on executing SEO content strategy through consistent content creation, optimization, and collaboration with SEO, product, and design teams, translating complex fintech topics into clear, engaging, and search-driven content.

Location: Cyprus or Poland

Reporting to: Content Marketing Manager

What you will do:

• Plan, write, and deliver SEO-driven content for blog articles, landing pages, and external publications
• Execute on-page keyword optimization based on SEO briefs and search intent
• Translate complex fintech and payments concepts into clear, engaging content
• Optimize existing content and back catalogue in line with SEO best practices
• Proofread, edit, and fact-check content for quality, accuracy, and tone of voice
• Conduct competitor content research and analysis
• Create content aligned with AI-driven search and discovery requirements
• Format and publish content using the CMS
• Collaborate with SEO, product, content, and design teams
• Support planning and execution of SEO blog campaigns

What we need:

• 3+ years experience in SEO copywriting and content creation
• Proven experience writing SEO-optimized content with commercial impact.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
• Experience with SEO tools
• Fluency in written English
• Experience writing for fintech, payments, SaaS, or adjacent tech sectors
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines independently
• Experience working with content dashboards and performance metrics (Jira, Confluence)
• Familiarity with AI writing tools
• Understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-focused content is a plus

Hiring Process:

• Initial Interview -30–40 minute conversation with Talent Acquisition Partner
• Hiring Manager Interview - 45–60 minute interview with hiring manager and team of experts
• Technical assessment - Short take-home assignment to assess SEO writing skills
• Final Interview - Culture and team-fit discussion
