Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven, SEO Specialist who’s passionate about search engine optimization, thrives on data, and knows how to turn insights into impact. You’ll support our SEO Strategists and collaborate with content, web, and sales teams to execute campaigns that drive rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist SEO Strategists with audits, research, strategy, and reporting
- Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis for client websites.
- Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, headings, content structure, and internal linking.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues that affect crawlability, site speed, and indexing.
- Collaborate with writers to guide SEO-friendly content creation.
- Monitor rankings and traffic metrics using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Prepare reports and highlight actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of agency experience managing SEO for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Proven ability to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions across industries.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and local SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
