We are looking for a part-time SEO Specialist to lead and manage the company’s end-to-end search engine optimization efforts. The role focuses on increasing organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and applying SEO best practices across the company’s digital insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research & SEO Strategy

  • Conduct continuous keyword research across Motor, SME Health, Pet, Travel, Home, Domestic Worker, and Income Protection products.
  • Identify long-tail opportunities, seasonal trends, and competitive gaps.
  • Create SEO content briefs aligned with search intent and funnel stages.

On-Page SEO

  • Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and on-page content structure.
  • Review and improve existing landing pages to enhance rankings and conversion rates.
  • Partner with content and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied to all new pages.

Technical SEO

  • Run regular technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and overall site performance.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues such as broken links, redirect loops, sitemap errors, and canonicalization problems.

SEO Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor SEO performance on a daily and weekly basis using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Prepare monthly SEO performance reports including keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and insights.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and provide proactive optimization recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
  • Strong hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.
  • Ability to translate SEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience optimizing high-performing landing pages.
  • Background in fintech, insurance, or e-commerce environments.
