What We are looking for 

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to enhance our organic search visibility and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing expertise across all aspects of SEO, including Content SEO, Technical SEO, and Off-Site SEO. Your deep knowledge and analytical mindset will play a key role in optimizing our digital presence across multiple markets.

What you will work on

• Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Optimize on-page content, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and structured data
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, search-optimized content that aligns with business goals
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, crawl analysis, and identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and manage off-site SEO strategies, including link-building initiatives and digital PR campaigns
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using SEO tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices, and proactively implement new strategies
  

 What you bring

• BSc degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience); MSc degree will be considered as a plus
• 2 - 4 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on delivering measurable results across multiple SEO disciplines;
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and advanced SEO techniques
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with Technical SEO (e.g., crawl optimization, site speed, schema markup) and content optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) for on-page optimization
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies
• Excellent project management skills, meet deadlines, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
