You will execute and implement SEO initiatives aligned with the strategy developed by the SEO Analyst that will improve website performance, visibility, and search rankings by optimizing site structure, speed, and overall technical health. You’ll conduct audits, implement enhancements, and ensure smooth crawlability and indexation. Ensure all initiatives and tasks are carried out on time.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Execution and Ownership
• Own day-to-day SEO implementation for assigned accounts
• Execute Analyst-approved SEO strategies and initiatives
• Coordinate with the SEO Analyst on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and proposed fixes
• Ensure all assigned SEO tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
On-Page SEO Implementation
• Apply Analyst-provided titles, meta descriptions, header tags, alt text, and schema
• Update content and metadata to align with approved keywords and search intent
• Maintain consistent formatting, internal linking, and technical standards across pages
Technical SEO Support
• Identify and address crawl errors, indexation issues, duplicate content, and broken links
• Support Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability improvements using approved tools
• Proactively flag technical issues and coordinate fixes with the Analyst and developers
Performance Tracking and Quality Assurance
• Run and review audits using Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and related tools
• Validate that SEO implementations match Analyst instructions and function correctly
• Document anomalies, unexpected outcomes, or risks and escalate for Analyst review
Keyword and Content Execution
• Implement approved keyword placements across blogs, product pages, and landing pages
• Optimize content according to SEO best practices and Analyst guidance
• Build and maintain internal linking structures as directed
Reporting and Documentation
• Compile SEO performance data for SEO Analysts and Client Services Managers
• Maintain clear task documentation for completed work and open items
• Provide before-and-after screenshots or notes to support QA and review
Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with SEO Analysts to align on priorities, timelines, and fixes
• Coordinate with content teams and developers to ensure smooth implementation
• Provide timely updates on completed tasks, blockers, and escalation items
• Share observations and improvement ideas to support the client’s SEO roadmap
Learning and Development
• Continue SEO training through guided practice and self-study
• Participate in coaching sessions with SEO Analysts
Required Skills and Tools Experience
• Technical SEO fundamentals
• Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush
• Google Sheets and CSV workflows
• Excel or Google Sheets formulas
• Strong written English and disciplined documentation practices
Required Availability
Schedule
• Day shift, Philippine time
• Required overlap with US team from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN PH time
• Daily check-in required between 11:00 AM and 12:00 NN PH time unless changed in writing
