About the job
As a Content Writer: SEO at PRLab, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative and
establishing a strong online presence. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality, relevant, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience. From blog posts and social media content to website copy and marketing collateral, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and writing prowess.
What we seek in you:
● Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
● Proven experience as a PR Content Writer or similar role in the tech sector
● No 9 to 5 mentality; we are a startup and some chaos is part of it!
● Available 40 hours per week
● Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
● Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
● Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex information into
easy-to-understand content.
● Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
● A portfolio of published articles or sample work showcasing your writing style.
● Good understanding of PR!
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
● Develop and create content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and style.
● Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to generate insightful and accurate
content.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR teams to ensure content is 'expert' PR,
and with designers to create engaging infographics and multimedia elements.
● Optimize content for SEO for articles and pages to enhance online visibility and reach a wider
audience.
● Internal and External Linking: Add relevant internal and external links to content to improve
SEO and provide valuable resources to readers.
● Apply Semantic SEO principles to content to improve search engine understanding and
relevance.
● Stay updated on industry and SEO trends and incorporate best practices into content
creation.
● Available to start ASAP
