The Role
We are looking for an SEO & Content Specialist to drive organic growth through search-optimised content across SEO, LLM discovery, and YouTube.
Responsibilities
- Drive organic growth across SEO, LLM discovery, and YouTube
- Build and optimise programmatic pages (college, degree, career pathways)
- Perform keyword research and improve rankings for high-intent queries
- Create and optimise high-quality content aligned to user search journeys
- Manage and guide 3–4 content interns to scale content production
- Continuously improve content performance through experimentation

Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in SEO or content growth
- Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMrush
- Experience in EdTech or career content preferred
- Basic understanding of AI search / LLM content optimisation
- Strong execution mindset
