About the Position
We are hiring a Senior SEO & Content Manager to own and execute all SEO and content-related activities across our international markets.
This is a fully hands-on role.The position requires strong execution skills, full autonomy, and the ability to manage priorities independently without ongoing supervision.
This role is focused on execution and performance, not strategy-only or coordination work.
Responsibilities
SEO Execution (Primary Responsibility)
- Independently execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic growth
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits using SEMrush
- Map keywords to existing and new pages
- Optimize website pages, including:
- Title tags and meta descriptions
- Heading structure (H1, H2, H3)
- Internal linking
- Content optimization aligned with search intent
- Execute white-hat off-page SEO activities, including backlink acquisition and outreach
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify replication opportunities
- Identify technical SEO issues (indexing, page speed, broken links, duplicate content) and coordinate fixes with developers when required
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
Content Creation and Optimization
- Write, edit, and optimize SEO-driven content, including:
- Website pages
- Blog articles
- Guides and commercial brochures
- Update and optimize existing content to improve rankings and conversion rates
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and SEO best practices
- Prepare SEO briefs and outlines when working with external writers
Email Marketing Execution
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including:
- Newsletters
- Lead nurturing sequences
- B2C and B2B campaigns
- Manage audience segmentation and basic personalization
- Monitor and improve campaign performance (open rate, CTR, engagement)
- Maintain clean lists and support email deliverability best practices
Marketing Analytics and Reporting
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including:
- Organic traffic growth
- Keyword rankings
- SEO-driven conversions
- Email campaign performance
- Build and maintain dashboards using Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Excel
- Monitor paid campaigns managed by external partners and provide actionable insights
- Deliver clear, structured monthly performance reports
Social Media Support (Secondary Responsibility)
- Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Repurpose SEO and content assets for social distribution
- Support basic engagement monitoring to maintain brand credibility
Role Scope and Expectations
- This is a one-person SEO and content department
- Full ownership of execution, prioritization, and delivery
- Minimal supervision; strong accountability for results
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in SEO and content execution
- Strong, practical experience using:
