We are looking for a graduate/entry level SEO & Content Associate to join our team in New York and learn from some of the best in the industry. If you are passionate about the world of websites, blogs, SEO and content - and want to progress in a hungry agency working with global brands like SIXT, Kroger, Upwork & more … we want you!



We build category leaders - on every searchable platform and we are looking for a graduate or junior SEO/content professional with 1 year experience to help execute this for onsite channels. From looking into keyword research data, analysing websites and onsite content structures, reporting on website traffic and keyword rankings - you must have some experience in understanding how to optimise for algorithms - but everything else we will teach you.

What you will need

  • Up to 1 year of experience in an SEO or content-focused role (including internships, placements, side projects or personal websites)
  • Some understanding of technical, on page, off-page & content SEO tactics
  • Experience in an agency or already working on your own blog or websites
  • Good ability to story tell and pull out the right stats/data to back up your points
  • Strong knowledge of Google apps (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drives etc)
  • Business writing skills and ability to produce reports
  • Content writing skills for the web


RESPONSIBILITIES



Core Responsibilities



Content & On-Page SEO

  • Write, optimize and publish SEO-led content (blogs, guides, landing pages, FAQs)
  • Implement SEO briefs, including keywords, angles, page structure and internal linking.
  • Refresh and repurpose existing content across the website and wider channels.
  • Support on-page optimisations aligned to technical and off-page activity.



Keyword Research & Opportunity Analysis

  • Conduct keyword research using tools such as GSC, Ahrefs and Semrush.
  • Map keywords to appropriate content types and business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities through content, keyword targeting and gap analysis.
  • Support content audits and content gap analysis alongside the content team.



Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and monitor SEO performance including rankings, impressions, clicks and engagement.
  • Produce regular reports, insights and presentations for internal teams and clients.
  • Support monthly performance reviews and explain what’s working and why.



SERP, Competitor & Link Analysis

  • Analyse SERPs and competitors to assess content quality, depth, format and media use.
  • Carry out link gap, link intersect and internal linking analysis.
  • Support off-page SEO activity including broken link fixes and outreach.



Technical SEO Support

  • Assist with technical SEO audits and analysis.
  • Spot and flag issues such as broken links, indexing errors and site structure problems.
  • Support technical, content and Digital PR efforts working together cohesively.



Client & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with SEO, Strategy and Content teams across multiple clients.
  • Support SEO leads with client communications, updates and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly status updates and monthly client reports.
  • Keep up to date with SEO trends, platform changes and best practices.
  • Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
