Chain Reaction is looking for an SEO Associate Director to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading the SEO strategy and campaigns for the websites of our clients, who will work closely with the SEO Director, the Art Director, the SEO Content Team, and the Account Managers to ensure that the SEO campaigns are aligned with the clients’ goals, brand guidelines, and target audience. candidate will also monitor and analyze the performance and impact of the SEO campaigns, and provide recommendations and insights for optimization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the SEO strategy and campaigns for the websites of our clients, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, and more
  • Monitor and analyze the performance and impact of the SEO campaigns, and provide recommendations and insights for optimization, based on data and best practices
  • Ensure that the SEO campaigns are aligned with the clients’ goals, brand guidelines, and target audience
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes, and apply them to your work
  • Communicate and collaborate with the SEO Director, the Art Director, the SEO Content Team, and the Account Managers, and report on the progress and results of the SEO campaigns
  • Manage and supervise the SEO team, and assign tasks and projects to the SEO Specialists and Managers
  • Train and mentor the SEO Specialists and Managers, and help them improve their skills and performance
  • Coordinate with the other teams and departments, such as web development, design, content, and social media, to ensure the integration and consistency of the SEO campaigns
  • Evaluate and improve the SEO processes, policies, and standards, and ensure the compliance and quality of the SEO work

Skills Required

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
  • At least 7+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a similar environment
  • At least 5 years of experience in overseeing and leading an SEO team
  • A proven track record of overseeing and leading successful SEO campaigns for various clients and industries
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, and more
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
