Job location

For this role, we are looking for someone who lives in or near Munich. We have a completely flexible work environment; we offer home office options and flexible working hours.

Role Description

As part of our team, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Primarily focused on recruiting for senior international positions, within Sales and Solutions
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to find the best fit for open roles.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services/fintech or software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles and levels.
  • Motivation to active source and find the best talent yourself.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and German is essential for this role.
