👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior Workplace Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Interface with the Windows Edition Product team to integrate and deploy Intune managed devices.
- Support AXA entities in onboarding by setting up profiles and integrating applications.
- Manage the application lifecycle from integration, testing, and deployment to qualification in Intune.
- Provide Level 3 support for major incidents and technical issues faced by users.
- Conduct bug analysis and implement fixes, as well as develop features as needed.

Requirements

🏅 About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Are proficient in English and comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
- Have expertise in writing documentation.
- Possess substantial experience with MDM through Autopilot/Intune.
- Are skilled in managing Windows devices and familiar with Windows Information Protection (WIP).
- It's a bonus if you have knowledge of MS Endpoint DLP, McAfee Cloud Proxy, F5 PerApp VPN, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
