Position Type: Experienced - Senior / Lead

Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (4x onsite/week) until further notice | Onsite - BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays; Day Shift (Possible shifting to cater AU, EMEA, and India time zones)

Base Salary: Php 160,000 - Php 200,000

About the Job:

We're searching for a talented Software Engineer Senior Stream Lead to join our client's team and contribute to the development of their diverse solutions, spanning cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic technical leadership and direction for a high-impact stream within the software engineering organization. You will lead a team of software engineers and collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to drive the development of Web software solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs. This position also requires a strong collaboration with the corresponding backend SAP Software Engineers and Leads.

• Is a creative problem-solver who can analytically and systematically work through and resolve issues.
• A proactive communicator where part of the key tasks is to liaise with the Architect Team to fix an issue or to move forward with a requirement.
• Can work autonomously and achieve their targets with little to no direct supervision and must be responsible, and accountable.
• Can create test data for the purpose of unit testing your development changes.
• Is a team player where part of the role is to assist the Support and Consulting Team as a point of escalation to meet internal service level agreements (SLAs).
• Can participate in design activities for future web development projects
• Understand enterprise standards like SSO, OAuth, and Message Queueing
