As a Senior Web Developer who is passionate about building websites that attract, convert, and drive measurable business impact. This role brings strong front-end development expertise alongside a growth mindset, a collaborative approach, and a focus on optimizing the entire customer journey.
Reporting to the Head of Website and Growth, the Senior Web Developer is responsible for maintaining and implementing new web experiences on the Marketing website, with an emphasis on creating high-converting landing pages and funnels. The role ensures web initiatives are aligned with quarterly business objectives and broader company growth goals.
Who you are
As a Senior Web Developer on our Marketing Team, you’ll help shape and scale our most important marketing asset: the marketing website. You’ll build and optimize high-converting web experiences with a strong focus on web performance, SEO, and conversion rates. You’ll collaborate with partners across the company to plan and execute larger initiatives from technical scoping through delivery. As a senior member of the team, you’ll lead code reviews, uphold high standards for quality and maintainability, and mentor others through thoughtful feedback and collaboration.
