Senior Visual Designer (HeyPolo)

We’re building HeyPolo – a privacy-first smart location-sharing app that helps families and friends stay connected, safe, and in control. HeyPolo is designed for meaningful connection without intrusive tracking: real-time updates, consent-based sharing, and intuitive safety features that put users in charge of their data and peace of mind.  If you’re excited by real user impact, privacy-centered innovation, and building something from scratch with a small, autonomous team, read ahead. If you want to:

Be responsible for creating digital assets for marketing campaigns, performance ads, the website, landing pages, the mobile app, and the brand identity systems;

Define illustration style and visual storytelling;

Create marketing creatives that covert;

Design website and landing page visuals;

Ensure visual consistency across product and marketing;

Iterate quickly based on performance insights;

Produce high-quality visuals across multiple formats;

Contribute to shaping HeyPolo’s long-term brand direction.

And you can check off:

Proven experience in visual or graphic design;

Strong marketing intuition — able to design visuals that convert;

Deep understanding of color theory, typography, composition and visual hierarchy;

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite;

High attention to detail;

Ability to design in multiple styles;

Strong taste. We care deeply about craft.

Bonus points if you:

Have expertise in performance ads;

Have experience with web and mobile design;

Are proficient in Figma.
