Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Compensation range: up to 2,000 - 2,300 AUD / Month

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Senior Visual Designer to create clear, high-quality visuals that represent our brand across digital and marketing channels. You’ll work closely with Marketing and cross-functional partners to deliver visually compelling, consistent designs across web, mobile, and campaign touchpoints. Advanced Figma skills are required, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design experience. 

This is a hands-on role with ownership of visual execution and the opportunity to help shape and maintain our visual standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual designs for marketing and digital channels
• Design responsive web and mobile layouts, graphics, and visual systems 
• Maintain consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
• Create composite imagery, photo edits, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite
• Contribute to and uphold visual design standards and guidelines
• Review design work and provide constructive feedback to other designers
• Present design solutions clearly and explain design decisions to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual or graphic design
• Experience working closely with marketing teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, effective digital design (web and mobile)
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for digital platforms
• Basic print design experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
