Senior Video/Motion Designer

Our client in the global digital services industry is looking for a highly skilled Senior Video/Motion Designer with extensive experience in video editing and motion graphics to lead internal branding initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong creative and technical expertise, manages projects, mentors junior Designers, and ensures seamless execution of video-related tasks aligned with brand vision. The role emphasises the use of AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows, enhance creativity, and reduce delivery time while ensuring cutting-edge output.

What you will do:

• Conceptualise, design, and deliver high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics for internal and external brand communication.
• Handle end-to-end video production, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting (if required), editing, and post-production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into impactful visual narratives.
• Manage and oversee multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery with consistent quality.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and vendors/agencies.
• Maintain brand consistency while innovating with fresh and engaging video concepts.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to optimise video editing, motion design, and content creation.

• 9 - 14 years of proven experience in video design, production, and post-production.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion graphics software.
• Strong knowledge of colour grading, sound design, and video compression for multiple platforms.
• Expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to conceptualise, storyboard, and execute creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines.
• Excellent project management skills with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for guiding junior designers or external vendors.
• Familiarity with corporate/brand communication, internal branding, and digital-first content creation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in video design and production.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Stable Diffusion, and Adobe Firefly for video editing, automation, and creative enhancement.
• Knowledge of 3D design/animation.
• Experience handling vendor coordination and external production agencies.
• Exposure to branding, marketing communications, and digital platforms.
