(Senior) Verification Engineer (m|f|d)

In this dynamic role, you’ll take responsibility for the quality and safety of innovative medical and biological consumables. From the initial concept to final implementation, you’ll be actively involved in development processes. In addition to your core tasks in testing and verification, you’ll take on broader responsibilities, contribute your ideas, and play an active role in shaping the success of our products.

• You independently plan, conduct, and document verification and testing processes for medical and biological consumables.
• You develop test strategies and methods to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
• You work closely with interdisciplinary teams in biology, chemistry, and engineering to specify and validate testing procedures.
• You analyze test results, identify optimization potential, and contribute directly to product improvement.
• You prepare technical documentation such as test plans, reports, and verification records – accurately, clearly, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

• You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, life sciences, medical technology, or a comparable field – a PhD is a plus.
• You have professional experience in verification, ideally in the medical technology, biotechnology, or a related field.
• You are familiar with working in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR) and have a structured, solution-oriented working style. Experience with test development for plastic products or similar consumables is a strong advantage.
• You are analytical and well-organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
• You have solid English skills, both written and spoken, and can communicate confidently in an international work environment.
