Senior UX/UI Designer - Digital Platforms & Enterprise Systems

We are looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Senior UX/UI Designer to create build-ready designs for web, intranet, enterprise portals, and mobile experiences.

• Translate business & functional requirements into practical, tested designs
• Work closely with Project Managers, BAs, Developers & Clients
• Ensure consistency, usability, and successful implementation across platforms

• Intranets & Employee Experience Platforms
• Business applications & workflows
• Mobile & responsive web apps
• Liferay DXP–based platforms & other frameworks

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Transform BRDs & user stories into user journeys, task flows & screen flows
• Conduct UX discovery, stakeholder interviews, validation workshops
• Deliver personas, journey maps, IA, navigation models
• Design developer-ready UI, modular/reusable components, and design systems
• Handle Arabic & English layouts (RTL/LTR)
• Design for responsive, tablet, and kiosk use cases
• Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs
• Ensure visual consistency & clear specifications for dev handover
