Senior UX/UI Designer - Conversion & Product Experience Lead

Alpine Home Air is one of the largest direct-to-consumer HVAC companies in the U.S., with 20+ years of operational excellence and a highly sophisticated technical backend. We are now undertaking a complete transformation of our front-end experience, including a full website redesign, a next-generation System Selector tool, and a content-driven buyer education platform.

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can translate complex buyer journeys into elegant, high-converting digital experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Lead UX strategy, visual design, and interface systems across the entire Alpine website
  • Design high-conversion landing pages for 100+ HVAC buyer intents
  • Create the full UI and UX flow for our new System Selector tool (interactive guided buying experience)
  • Build the Alpine design system (typography, components, responsive structure)
  • Redesign mobile-first user journeys with clarity, trust, and calmness
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to deliver pixel-perfect implementation
  • Contribute to brand identity refresh and visual storytelling across the site

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience designing complex consumer-facing products or e-commerce experiences
  • A portfolio showing elegant UX systems, clean visual design, and conversion-focused thinking
  • Ability to simplify complex decision flows into intuitive user journeys
  • Strong visual taste and attention to detail
  • Experience working directly with developers in a product environment
  • Comfort with iterative design, prototyping, and data-informed decisions

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience designing guided decision tools or configurators
  • Experience in home services, e-commerce, or marketplaces
  • Familiarity with CRO principles
