We’re looking for a proactive and organized Senior UX Researcher to lead user research across Tylko’s digital platforms. You’ll focus on deepening our understanding of user needs and turning insights into clear, evidence-based product decisions. Working closely with our research manager, you’ll support all stages of design, implementation, and optimization in key markets—delivering actionable, data-driven findings that help shape products our customers love. This role offers a real opportunity to influence the future of our digital experience.

As part of Tylko’s Product Team, you’ll work closely with specialists across UX, UI, parametric design, e-commerce, and brand. We collaborate across disciplines to shape our digital products, always experimenting, iterating, and learning as we go. Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:
Taking full ownership of the UX research process from start to finish.
Independently planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research (e.g. usability testing, surveys) to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
Analysing and interpreting findings to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Delivering impactful research outputs—personas, user journeys, and presentations—to support stakeholder decisions.

You will be fairly remunerated (depending on your skills and experience) – 16.000 - 20.000 PLN on employment contract
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of UX research experience in e-commerce (ideally in furniture, design, fashion, or beauty)
Solid understanding of UX research methods, their strengths and limitations
Experience in executing end-to-end user testing, from recruitment to actionable insights
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources
Track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and holistic problem-solving
Commitment to quality, detail, and reliability in delivering research results
Experience in working effectively with users across diverse cultural contexts
Experience with tools like Hotjar/Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and Figma
Motivated by continuous learning and staying up to date with UX research practices
Fluency in Polish (minimum B2) and English (minimum C1)
Proficiency in French or German (at least C1) is a strong plus
Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
