Your Role:

In the role of Senior UX Researcher, you will occupy a critical role in advancing user experiences through systematic research efforts. You will lead research projects aimed at uncovering customer needs, behaviors, and challenges, working in close collaboration with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams. Your findings will drive enhancements in usability and elevate customer satisfaction across digital products. More specifically:

• Conduct and lead user research employing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to extract valuable insights.
• Develop and execute research plans that inform product development, foster innovation, and identify market opportunities.
• Organize and administer usability tests, in-depth interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
• Analyze research data and deliver clear, actionable recommendations that align with both business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cultivate a research-driven decision-making culture.
• Establish research frameworks and processes for discovery, ideation, and prototyping activities.
• Communicate research findings through engaging storytelling and visual presentations to effectively captivate stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and training to product teams on best research practices, fostering a user-centered culture.
• Champion human-centered design, ensuring that research remains at the forefront of product innovation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Research within a product-focused or consultancy environment.
• Proven proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, encompassing usability testing, behavioral analytics, ethnographic research, and A/B testing.
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear and actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing comprehensive research projects, including planning, implementation, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Skilled in employing remote user testing techniques and tools.
• Adept at collaborating effectively with design, product, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of presenting research findings in a clear and persuasive manner.
• A strong advocate for user-centered decision-making in product and design choices.
• A Master’s degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in educating and mentoring design or product teams in UX research methodologies is beneficial.
• The ability to facilitate change and promote a research-oriented culture within the organization is a significant advantage.
• A strong commitment to ongoing learning and a willingness to remain informed about current trends and methodologies in UX research is preferred.
